Yes, we accept returns on unused, unopened skeins in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Are the yarn colors represented accurately on the website?
We photograph all our products in natural light to ensure the most accurate color representation. However, please note that monitor settings vary and hand-dyed yarns may have slight variations between dye lots.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large knitting projects?
We offer a 'Project Discount' of 10% on orders of 10 or more skeins of the same yarn line. This discount is automatically applied at checkout for qualifying items.
How should I care for my hand-knitted items?
We recommend hand washing all items made with Tribe Yarns in cool water with a mild wool wash. Lay flat to dry out of direct sunlight to maintain the fiber integrity and color vibrancy.
