Arguably the best silk mohair out there - ITO Sensai will quietly ruins other silk mohairs for you...Â
Thanks to it's high silk content (40%) and fine Japanese spinning techniques, this is the silk-mo that even "people who don't like silk mo" will love.
This one is less "hairy" than standard silk mohair yarns, extra soft and cloud-like, and with a really lovely sheen.
Sensai is sourced from small Japanese mills with impressive sustainability standards, and very consistent quality.

Moreover, the mohair is sourced from a farm that is certified for sustainable farming and recognised for their excellent quality clips, making ITO Sensai exceptionally soft to the skin." The mohair distribution is more even compared with other silk-mo's resulting in a smoother fabric, and hardly any shedding at all thanks to the picky selection of only high quality long-fibre mohair.
And we are gaga over the colour palette which is both elegant and contemporary at the same time. ITO take care to create colours which will last through the ages, and don't chop and change each season like some brands.Â
